Water Boilers

Water boilers (also known as catering urns) are used in professional kitchens, cafes, restaurants and mobile catering vans alike. Ideal for making hot beverages such as tea, coffee and hot chocolate, they are also useful for when chefs need a quick source of hot water for example if making soups, sauces or gravy.

Water boilers vary in capacity and output; you should choose one which allows for current and future needs of the business. Catering urns can be manual fed or mains water fed; mains fed urns are usually mounted on the wall and powered by gas.
