Bratt Pans

Bratt Pans are a versatile piece of high production catering equipment which is perfect for large quantities. A bratt pan has a deep rectangular cooking pot and the heat source to the cooking pan can be either gas or electric. A bratt pan will have a tilting mechanism for emptying the contents out and to aid cleaning. The tilt feature can be electrically operated or a manual hand driven mechanism. Bratt pans are perfect for braising, sealing, shallow frying and general cooking applications.
