Contact Grills

Contact grills offer the benefit of allowing your food to be cooked without the need for turning, sandwiching the food together, therefore locking in the foods natural juices and taste to give it a fuller flavour and maximum nutritional content. Cooking the food between two heated even plate surfaces shortens the cooking time and in using this method has benefits over the conventional metal pan.
