Meat Mincers

Meat grinders are useful to mince meat ready for making you own meat products - such as sausages, pies, pates, burgers. By grinding (mincing) your own meat you can ensure it is lean and remove as much fat and grissle prior to processing.

Chilled meat and fish will retain their juices better when grinding. A fine grinding disc is used to make pate, hamburgers and smooth textured products. A coarse disc is ideal for beef for lasagne, chilli con carne and homemade pies.
