Sinks and Wash Basins

Wash basins and food preparation sinks must be separate for hygiene reasons and when preformed as part of a stainless steel unit, they are both easy to fit and clean. When washing vegetables, fruits and salad a spray arm is of real benefit to ensure the food is washed thoroughly but sensitively. To prevent cross-contamination it is recommended to use another sink for washing pots and pans.
